The machine has a film width (track width) of 463 mm for the bottom film and 457 mm for the top film. It can process bottom films with
different film thicknesses – depending on the vacuum pump used. Existing tooling for tray and package sizes:
Forming tool (1): Format: 1.3 means 3 packages per cycle,
Package size (internal dimensions) 103 x 157 mm (W/L) each.

Package depth is individually adjustable up to a maximum of 100 mm.

Film pull-off 245 mm. (Format: SB – Package)
Forming tool (2): Format: 1.4 means 4 packages per cycle,

Package size (internal dimensions) 96 x 168 mm (W/L) each.

Package depth is individually adjustable up to a maximum of 100 mm.

Film pull-off 245 mm. (Format: SB – Package)

Additional forming tools can be retrofitted as needed.

The machine has a product loading length of approximately 188 cm and can therefore be operated simultaneously by several people from both sides, depending on requirements.

The packaging line is equipped with a SIEMENS PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) type
SIMATIC S7-300/ CPU 315-20P. A MOELLER
Electronic Control Relay Model EASY 512-AC-RC is also integrated. EASY allows for
direct input of circuit diagrams.

VFD Belt Drive: The belt speed is individually and continuously
adjustable.

Pack Sealing: For sealing the package,
the machine is equipped with a film heater with frame sealing for each forming tool and the temperature can be individually adjusted depending on the type of film used.

After heating the top film, the film is pressed onto the package to be sealed for welding. For this process, the system is equipped with an
electro-hydraulic lifting mechanism.

With accelerated and decelerated film feed, the printed image position is maintained very precisely
during machine operation, even at high packaging speeds.

 

CFS Cross-Web Labeler (Top Web Labeler): A CFS
top web labeler, type TL 100, is available.
The cross-web labeler labels the top film of a thermoformed package before the sealing process. It can process labels of different sizes and apply them even to uneven packages.

The CFS top web labeler is also equipped with a thermal transfer printing unit. The labels can be individually printed.

CFS Cross-Web Labeler (Bottom Web Labeler): A CFS
bottom web labeler, type TL 150, is available. The cross-web labeler labels the underside of the packages of a thermoformed package after the sealing process. It can process labels of different sizes and apply them even to uneven packages.
