The automatic gripper (multi-tooth gripper - product holder)
operates pneumatically and is computer-controlled.
An additional product holding device is installed in the infeed section, providing additional support and stability for the cutting material before the cutting process.

The height and width of the cutting shaft can be adjusted automatically.
Fully automated central loading ensures short product changeover times.
The machine is designed for round knives
or sickle knives with HSK 98 or SK 144 round heads for round knives
with diameters of 420/430/460/470 mm. The machine is equipped with a 460 mm disc blade.
The portioning unit consists of a portioning belt (control belt). The portioning belt
arranges the slices cut by the slicer, forms them into portions, and transfers them to the weighing device.
The entire work process is computer-controlled and monitored using electronic controls.
The machine is operated using a modern TOUCH screen operator terminal. Slicer functions are performed according to the preset programs. Up to 100 cutting programs can be defined, saved, retrieved, and modified.
Program changes are possible at short notice.
